The Apayao State College will keep all information secure and confidential, and only authorized individuals will have access to it. The data will be kept by ASC for the duration of the engagement and for a period of ten (10) years after that ASC will take adequate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the required data security, including safeguarding the data against unauthorized disclosure or access. ASC will require its units and third parties who handle data to conform to data protection standards that are equivalent or comparable to those required by the Data Privacy Law of 2012.
You understand that you are given certain rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to object to processing of your data, the right to access your data, the right to correct any inaccurate data, and the right to erasure or blocking of data.
